Can I reapply if my application was denied?

If a traveler is denied ESTA and his or her circumstances have not changed, a new application will also be denied. A traveler who is ineligible for ESTA is not eligible to travel under the visa-free program and must apply for a non-immigrant visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate. Repeated application with false information in order to obtain a travel authorization will make the traveler permanently ineligible to travel to the United States under the visa-free program.
