ESTA - Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our website, you agree and accept these following Terms.

About Us specializes in reviewing and processing applications for the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) on behalf of travelers to the United States. This website is operated by a private company, and it is not affiliated with any government agency or department. There are no fees for browsing our website or for contacting us with any questions you may have.

About our Processing Service

In order for any traveler to enter the United States under the Visa Waiver Program via air or sea, an approved travel authorization must be obtained in advance. The application process for a travel authorization consists of a series of questions related to your travel and passport details. On our website you will be asked all questions necessary in order for us to review and process your U.S. travel authorization. You do not need to include any travel itinerary when you apply for a travel authorization. All approved applications can be updated with hotel information at any time before you depart. If we find any problems with your application, we will contact you by email to verify and confirm the information in question. We will only submit your application to the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) if after evaluation we find it to be deemed valid. Most applicants whose ESTA applications are approved receive notice of approval from us via email within 24 hours. However, the approval process can take up 72 hours through the ESTA website, hence it is strongly recommend to apply early. If your application does not pass our internal review process, we will cancel your application with us and not submit the application on your behalf to the electronic system for travel authorization. You will receive a full refund and no charge take place. You are still free to submit your own application through another private company or directly with the U.S. government. Please understand that only the U.S. government has the authority to approve or disapprove a U.S. travel authorization application.

ESTA Application Denials

If your ESTA application is denied after being submitted to the electronic system for travel authorization, it is our suggestion that you apply for a non-immigrant B-2 visitor visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate. We do not have any influence over the results of your ESTA application, but a full refund will be issued to your credit card and no charge take place by our company. Under some circumstances, the United States government may change the status of a travel application to “Not Authorized” after it has already been approved. Such changes are made strictly at the discretion of the U.S. government, and are completely beyond our control. You are strongly recommend to always verify your ESTA status before reserving a flight or check-in.
